Preventative Maintenance
We have two stages of Maintenance.
-
After every 5000 kms. Running or 6 months whichever occurs earlier.
Following jobs are carried out.
- Complete Body wash
- Vacuum Cleaning
Complete space inside the Engine, Passenger and Luggage Compartments. - Visual Inspection
All components are visually inspected without removing or dismantling same. - Reports.
Any and every sign of wear, damage or breakage of the car is recorded.
- After every 10000 kms. Running or 12 months whichever occurs earlier.
Following jobs are carried out.
- Complete Body wash
- Vacuum Cleaning
complete space inside the Engine, Passenger and Luggage Compartments. - Inspection
All components are dismantled (if necessary) and thoroughly examined for wear, damage or breakage is recorded.
GENERAL REPAIRS
Our workers are trained and competent to carry out all jobs Including Major Overhauls to mechanical and electrical components and Management Systems of all makes and models of motor cars.
Diagnosis
We have a full range of Diagnostic Scanners which cover a wide range of problems which can affect any car at any time. If necessary, we are able to obtain required information from other sources.
Body and Paint Jobs
We are fully equipped and trained to carry out all repairs to Damaged or Corroded Body panels including fabrication of components if required due to non-availability or cost of new parts. We carry out touch-up or full paint jobs using latest technology.
Tyres and Wheels
We are equipped to remove, examine and advise on Replacement of worn or damaged tyres and damaged wheel rims. Balancing of wheels and alignment of front and rear axles.
Latest Machinery and Equipment.
We are fully equipped with latest machines and equipment for all jobs.
Other Services
Repairs, servicing and renewal of Air conditioner, Machining Jobs, Fabrication of Body Panels, Upholstery, Exhaust Systems and Chrome Plating Jobs are outsourced to parties with proven record of competence and integrity.
Materials & Spares
Our Parts department is managed by our manager who has over 35 years’ experience in procurement of requirement in this job to be able to obtain our requirement from assured sources at competitive prices.
